Burlington County hosted a Earth Day Fair to which I was asked to host a booth.  The carpets I displayed were 100% recycled soda bottles (called P.E.T Poly).  I also had bamboo and cork flooring.  It was a great day with many people very interested in how they can be "green" even with carpet and flooring. 

Window treatments are also a great way to go green in your home.  Honeycomb blinds insulate against cold and heat.  (they actually have an R factor).  And if you like wood blinds, I have them made from bamboo.  Very cool.
