Is It REALLY a Dropped Product?

James Baliko I am always learning and want to foward that information to you. I had a client fall in love with a Oak floor in a Cherry stain. When they called around the Style name and number come up as a dropped product.
Well, sometimes the manufacturer just gives the same product a new name and code. I guess to "freshen" up their line that they are coming out with new styles. Long story short is that I always call my manufacturer sales rep and find out the new style, or even find leftover stock for some $ savings.
So don't give up on a dropped line. Ask your store to check with the manufacturers rep to get the replacement or check stock.

Site Manager I use a Leica Disto A6 laser distance meter to measure and create a "blueprint" of your home or office. Ok, so I like gadgets, but it actually helps minimize waste of carpet, tile or whatever matterial we are installing. It takes us a lot less time and is much more accurate in measuring the project area as opposed to using a tape measure. Plus it's way cooler.

James Baliko Recently I purchased a home. Well, it had some cool orange carpet (pics to follow) and dated wallpaper.
Well, we went in before closing and had all of the measurements. Picked out the flooring and coordinated with wall colors in the convience of the place we were currently living. Since all of the furniture was there, it made it much easier to coordinate carpet, paint and furniture. Carpet was ordered so we had it ready.
The day after closing, we started ripping down the wallpaper and painting the place, along with tearing up the old carpets. After paint was done, new carpet was installed. Finally we moved all the furniture in.
This kept costs down because the installers did not have to move anything, plus 200 square yards of carpet went in and was completed before 3pm.
I'll post pictures and videos very soon.

James Baliko James from Floors & Shades DIRECT will ride for the second year in the City to Shore MS 150. Last year was a great ride and great fund raiser. James rode last year in memory of his cousin Bobby who was lost to MS. He added Bobby's name to a bandana he wore on the ride along with other names of friends and family members lost or living with MS.
Please join Floors & Shades DIRECT to help out in this great organization and donate what you can. Even that $5 donation counts. We also welcome emails with the name of someone you want to add to "ride" along with James on the ride.
Thank you for your support. Please pass this along to others you think can help.
